We offer both. Many clients come to us with ideas but no formal plans — we collaborate with trusted architects and interior designers to develop your vision into detailed construction documents. If you already have plans, we're happy to review and refine them for buildability and budget.

We provide detailed, line-item proposals after a thorough design and scope alignment phase. No vague estimates or allowances. Our clients know exactly what they're investing in before we break ground, with transparent change-order processes if scope evolves.

Timelines vary by scope: a kitchen renovation might take 8–12 weeks, while a whole-home renovation could span 4–6 months. We build realistic timelines and share them upfront, with proactive updates throughout the project.

Changes are a natural part of renovation. We document every change order clearly — including scope, cost, and schedule impact — so you can make informed decisions. No surprises.

Jobsite cleanliness and home protection are non-negotiable. We use dust barriers, floor protection, daily cleanup protocols, and a dedicated path of travel to ensure your home remains livable and respected throughout the project.

Our primary service area is Eastern North Carolina and we regularly work in Greenville, Winterville, Simpson, Bell Arthur, Stokes, Grimesland, Washington, Chocowinity, Bath, Belhaven, and other communities within the area.

We typically work on projects starting at $10,000, with most of our projects in the $50,000–$250,000+ range. This allows us to dedicate the attention and resources each project deserves.
